In the Bang Cookies franchise agreement receipt, what signatures are required?

According to Bang Cookies' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee must sign and date the receipt for the Disclosure Document and return it to Bang Cookies Franchise LLC. Additionally, Exhibit 1 of the Franchise Agreement includes a Franchise Owner and Spouse Agreement and Guaranty, which must be signed by the franchise owner and their spouse. This agreement is made in favor of Bang Cookies Franchise LLC, ensuring that both the owner and their spouse are bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement.
