The Development Area is and shall constitute the geographic area set forth and identified in the Development Information Sheet.
The Development Information Sheet is attached as Schedule A to this Agreement and is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. To be effective the Development Information Sheet must be completed and signed by Franchisor.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bang Cookies's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the geographic area that constitutes the Development Area is detailed in the Development Information Sheet. This sheet is included as Schedule A to the Multi-Unit Development Agreement. The Development Information Sheet must be completed and signed by Bang Cookies to be considered effective.
As a Bang Cookies franchisee with development rights, you are granted the right and obligated to develop Bang Cookies shops within this defined Development Area, according to a strict Development Schedule. This schedule outlines the timeline for opening and operating your shops. Maintaining this schedule is critical, as failure to comply can lead to termination of the Development Agreement and loss of future development rights.
During the term of the agreement, provided you are in compliance, Bang Cookies will not open, operate, or license any third party to open or operate Bang Cookies shops within your Development Area. However, the territory for each individual Bang Cookies shop will be determined by the individual Franchise Agreement for each shop, and the aggregate of these territories may be smaller than the overall Development Area. Therefore, it is important to carefully review Schedule A and the individual Franchise Agreements to understand the full scope of your exclusive rights and development obligations.
