What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bang Cookies's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Supplemental Training Fee covers several expenses. Specifically, the franchisee is responsible for paying Bang Cookies a supplemental training fee at a rate of $300 per trainer per day. In addition to this daily rate, the franchisee must also reimburse Bang Cookies for travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by the franchisor.

This supplemental training may be required by Bang Cookies if a franchisee hires a new Operating Manager or if Bang Cookies determines that the franchisee is not meeting the franchisor's operational standards. The franchisor reserves the right to approve or reject any request for supplemental training. The Supplemental Training Fees must be pre-paid in advance of training and upon submission of invoice by Franchisor to Franchisee.

For a prospective Bang Cookies franchisee, this means that unexpected costs can arise if Bang Cookies deems additional training necessary. It is important to factor in these potential expenses when assessing the overall investment and operational costs of the franchise. Understanding the conditions under which supplemental training may be required and budgeting for these costs can help in managing the financial aspects of the franchise more effectively.
