What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bang Cookies's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for all expenses associated with attending the Annual System Conference. This includes the costs of travel, meals, and lodging for the franchisee and their personnel.

Even if a Bang Cookies franchisee chooses not to attend the Annual System Conference, they are still required to pay the Annual Conference Attendance Fee. The FDD states that the franchisor may determine the amount of this fee, but it will not exceed $1,500 annually.

This means that franchisees must budget not only for the attendance fee, but also for potentially significant travel, food, and accommodation costs if they or their staff attend the conference. Franchisees should consider these expenses when evaluating the overall cost of investing in a Bang Cookies franchise.
