What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bang Cookies's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement is included as Exhibit E. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which a franchisee will operate a Bang Cookies shop. It details the obligations of both the franchisor and the franchisee, ensuring that the franchisee operates the shop in accordance with the Bang Cookies system.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review Exhibit E to understand their rights and responsibilities. This includes understanding the requirements for site selection, operational standards, and the use of approved suppliers. The Franchise Agreement also covers aspects such as the term of the agreement, renewal options, and conditions for termination.

For those considering a multi-unit development, it's important to note that while a Multi-Unit Development Agreement is included as Exhibit F, individual shop Franchise Agreements (Exhibit E) are still required for each location. These individual agreements, while based on the standard Franchise Agreement, may be subject to the terms negotiated within the Multi-Unit Development Agreement. Therefore, reviewing both exhibits is crucial for multi-unit developers.
