What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bang Cookies' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the franchisor agrees to offer supplemental training, the franchisee must pay a supplemental training fee of $300 per trainer per day. This fee covers the cost of the trainer's time.

In addition to the daily training fee, the franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing Bang Cookies for any travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by the trainer. This means that the total cost of supplemental training can vary depending on the trainer's location and the duration of the training.

Bang Cookies retains the right to approve or reject any request for supplemental training. Furthermore, Bang Cookies may require a franchisee or their operating manager to participate in supplemental training if they are not meeting the franchisor's operational standards or when a new operating manager is hired. These supplemental training fees must be pre-paid before training begins, upon submission of an invoice by Bang Cookies to the franchisee.
