What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bang Cookies' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, for the Development Information Sheet to be effective, it must be completed and signed by the Franchisor. The Development Information Sheet is attached as Schedule A to the agreement and specifies the geographic area that constitutes the Development Area, as well as the total number of Bang Cookies shops authorized for development under the agreement.
This requirement ensures that both Bang Cookies and the franchisee are in agreement regarding the scope of the development rights being granted. It also confirms that Bang Cookies acknowledges and approves the defined geographic area and the number of shops the franchisee is obligated to develop.
Prospective franchisees should carefully review the Development Information Sheet and ensure they understand the development schedule and geographic boundaries before signing the agreement. Any discrepancies or concerns should be addressed with Bang Cookies prior to finalizing the agreement to avoid potential disputes or misunderstandings later on.
