What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bang Cookies's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual conference is required if Bang Cookies offers one in a given year. The franchisee is responsible for all travel and lodging expenses associated with attending the conference. Bang Cookies will not require attendance for more than three days during any calendar year.
Bang Cookies may charge franchisees an annual conference fee, not exceeding $1,500. Notably, Bang Cookies reserves the right to charge this annual conference fee even to those franchisees who do not attend the conference.
