What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bananas Smoothies Frozen Yogurt FDD, a Sublessee will operate a restaurant under both a Sublease Agreement and a Franchise Agreement. The Sublease Agreement is between Everything Yogurt Brands, LLC, as the Sublessor, and the Sublessee. The Franchise Agreement is between Everything Yogurt Brands, LLC, as the Franchisor, and the Sublessee, who is the Franchisee.
The Sublease Agreement grants the Sublessee the right to operate within the Demised Premises, as defined in the Lease, subject to the terms outlined in the Sublease. The Franchise Agreement defines the terms under which the Sublessee will operate a Bananas Smoothies Frozen Yogurt restaurant.
Both agreements are critical for the Sublessee.
