Franchisee shall grant Franchisor and its agents the right to enter upon the Restaurant Premises at any time for the purpose of conducting inspections; cooperate with Franchisor's representatives in such inspections by rendering such assistance as they may reasonably request; and, upon notice from Franchisor or its agents, and without limiting Franchisor's other rights under this Agreement, take such steps as may be necessary immediately to correct the deficiencies detected during any such inspection, including, without limitation, immediately desisting from the further use of any equipment, promotional materials, products, or supplies that do not conform with Franchisor's then-current specifications, standards, or requirements.
