Note 2: If you participate in the Area Development Program you must own and operate a minimum of two franchised locations. Included in the amount set forth is the full franchise fee of $25,000 USD for each of the two Green Leaf's Beyond Great Salads and/or Bananas Smoothies & Frozen Yogurt franchised restaurant concepts in the Continental U.S. ($35,000 USD for each franchised restaurant when located outside of the Continental U.S. [Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories]) of which one half of the total initial franchise fee is due upon signing the Deposit Agreement ($25,000 USD) and the balance of the initial franchise fee for the second location (in this example would be $25,000 USD) is paid upon signing the Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bananas Smoothies Frozen Yogurt FDD, the franchise fee of $22,000 is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement. This is a lump sum payment, unless a Deposit Agreement is in place.
For those participating in the Area Development Program, the payment schedule is different. The franchise fee is $25,000 USD for each Green Leaf's Beyond Great Salads and/or Bananas Smoothies & Frozen Yogurt franchised restaurant concept in the Continental U.S. If the restaurant is located outside of the Continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories) the franchise fee is $35,000 USD. One half of the total initial franchise fee is due upon signing the Deposit Agreement and the balance of the initial franchise fee for the second location is paid upon signing the Franchise Agreement.
It is important to note that all fees paid to Bananas Smoothies Frozen Yogurt are fully earned when paid and are non-refundable. Prospective franchisees should factor this into their financial planning and ensure they have adequate capital before signing any agreements.
