Franchisee shall purchase all equipment, supplies and other products and materials required for the operation of the Restaurant solely from suppliers who demonstrate, to the continuing reasonable satisfaction of Franchisor, the ability to meet Franchisor's reasonable standards and specifications for such items; who possess adequate quality controls and capacity to supply Franchisee's needs promptly and reliably; and who have been approved in writing by Franchisor and not thereafter disapproved.
If Franchisee desires to purchase any items from an unapproved supplier, Franchisee shall submit to Franchisor a written request for such approval, or shall request the supplier itself to do so.
Franchisor shall have the right to require that its representatives be permitted to inspect the supplier's facilities and that samples from the supplier be delivered, at Franchisor's option, either to Franchisor or to an independent, certified laboratory designated by Franchisor for testing.
A charge not to exceed the reasonable cost of the inspection and the actual cost of the test shall be paid by Franchisee or the supplier.
Franchisor reserves the right, at its option, to re-inspect the facilities and products of any such approved supplier and to revoke its approval upon the supplier's failure to continue to meet any of Franchisor's criteria.

According to Bananas Smoothies Frozen Yogurt's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase equipment, supplies, and other products from suppliers who meet specific criteria. These suppliers must demonstrate, to Bananas Smoothies Frozen Yogurt's reasonable satisfaction, the ability to meet the franchisor's standards and specifications for the items needed.
Approved suppliers must also have adequate quality controls and the capacity to supply the franchisee's needs promptly and reliably. Furthermore, these suppliers must receive written approval from Bananas Smoothies Frozen Yogurt, which can be revoked if the supplier fails to continue meeting the franchisor's criteria.
If a franchisee wishes to purchase items from an unapproved supplier, they must submit a written request to Bananas Smoothies Frozen Yogurt for approval, or the supplier can request approval themselves. Bananas Smoothies Frozen Yogurt has the right to inspect the supplier's facilities and require samples for testing, with the franchisee or supplier bearing the costs of inspection and testing. Bananas Smoothies Frozen Yogurt also retains the right to re-inspect approved suppliers and revoke approval if they no longer meet the required criteria.
