According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an Associate of a Bambu franchise is permitted to disclose Confidential Information to other employees, agents, or representatives of Bambu or the Franchisee. However, this disclosure is explicitly limited.

This means the Associate must carefully consider whether the information is truly required for the other party to complete their job duties.
