In addition to the opening training, and approximately two months prior to the estimated date of the opening training, Franchisee, if an individual, and one other designated Bambū Certified Team Leader shall attend a two day pre-opening owner operations orientation and training program conducted at a Bambū shoppe designated by us.

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the two-day pre-opening owner operations orientation and training program is held at a Bambu shoppe designated by the franchisor. This training is scheduled approximately two months before the estimated opening date.
This orientation is for the franchisee, if an individual, and one other designated Bambū Certified Team Leader. This pre-opening training is in addition to the opening training program, which consists of approximately 88 hours over about 11 days, combining onboarding, video conferencing, and onsite training, including seven days of onsite opening training and support.
Prospective franchisees should note that Bambu retains the right to modify the training schedule or waive portions of the training program based on prior experience or if it is not the franchisee's first Bambu shoppe. Franchisees are responsible for all travel, lodging, and meal expenses incurred while attending the training program.
