What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the transfer fee is payable when you present the written offer from the proposed transferee to Bambu. The transfer fee is $15,000. If you are transferring rights under a MUD Agreement, you must also pay a $7,500 transfer fee for each undeveloped franchise right.

This fee applies to a transfer of the Franchise Agreement, MUD Agreement, interest in the shoppe, or if the franchise is transferred by you. The transferee is not charged an initial franchise fee. Bambu will provide training for three representatives of a transferee under the Franchise Agreement at no further charge.

It is important to note that the transfer fee is separate from other fees that may be incurred during the transfer process, such as legal fees or due diligence costs. As a prospective franchisee, you should carefully consider these costs and factor them into your decision-making process.
