What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, training for each Bambu shoppe is scheduled after the franchisee pays the Initial Franchise Fee in full. Bambu provides two days of offsite training at a designated operating Bambu shoppe. The remaining portion of the opening training is conducted at the franchisee's Franchised Location.
Prior to the onsite training, the franchisee must have already hired their employees, including Shift Leaders or supervisors. The estimated cost for opening training expenses ranges from $2,000, which is due before opening. This estimate also covers the expenses for the franchisee and any designated Bambu Certified Team Leaders to obtain a required food management certification administered by third parties.
Prospective franchisees should note that the training schedule is contingent upon fulfilling the initial franchise fee obligation. Additionally, franchisees must factor in the cost and logistics of training their team members prior to the onsite training at their own location. This ensures that the team is prepared to effectively implement Bambu's operational standards and procedures.
