- 6.2 Length of Training. The Training Program consists of a combination of approximately 88 hours over a combination of approximately 11 days of onboarding, video conferencing and onsite training, including seven days of onsite opening training and support. Opening training will be conducted after Bambu has completed its pre-construction site review, owners' orientation, and pre-opening assessment.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program consists of approximately 88 hours. This is delivered over about 11 days through a combination of onboarding, video conferencing, and onsite training. The onsite portion includes seven days of support during the opening of the new Bambu location.
In addition to the opening training, the franchisee and one designated Bambū Certified Team Leader must attend a two-day pre-opening owner operations orientation and training program approximately two months before the estimated opening date. This pre-opening training is conducted at a Bambū shoppe designated by Bambu.
Bambu may require additional training for the Franchisee, Bambū Certified Team Leaders, and other designated employees, including online training and continuing development programs. Bambu must provide at least 30 days' written notice for any mandatory training courses or programs. In-person attendance at additional training courses or programs is limited to no more than two times, totaling five days, in any calendar year. Additional training is mandatory for all new Bambū Certified Team Leaders, regardless of prior training sessions. Franchisees are responsible for all expenses associated with attending any mandatory training program and the annual convention.
