You may not fill "wholesale orders" selling products or programs on- or off-premises, by mail order or through catalogs or the Internet, or transship or reship products. You may offer catering or utilize third-party app delivery and other online delivery programs, in accordance with our standards and specifications for these programs. You must sell all of the products and services approved by us. You must comply with our quality, compliance, and operations standards and specifications. You must prepare all of the drinks sold at your Bambū shoppe in accordance with our recipes and using the ingredients we approve. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees face some restrictions regarding what they can sell and how they can sell it, but generally, there are no specific restrictions on the customers to whom they may sell.

Specifically, Bambu franchisees are limited to offering and selling only those products and services that Bambu approves. They cannot use their shop for any purpose other than operating a Bambu shop. Franchisees are prohibited from filling wholesale orders, selling products via mail order, catalogs, or the Internet, or transshipping products. However, franchisees can offer catering or utilize third-party app delivery and other online delivery programs if they comply with Bambu's standards and specifications. Franchisees must sell all products and services approved by Bambu and adhere to quality and operational standards, including preparing drinks according to Bambu's recipes using approved ingredients.

Bambu retains the right to change or supplement the authorized products and services, including adding or removing menu items or implementing new programs, without any limitations. The FDD states that, other than these restrictions, there are no other limits on the customers to whom a franchisee may sell.
