What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to relocate their existing Bambu shoppe, they must first obtain written consent from Bambu. Upon approval of the new location, the franchisee is required to pay a relocation fee of $15,000.

After the relocation fee is paid, Bambu will provide similar new shoppe operations support. This support includes two site visits to the new location and three days of additional training. The specific content and focus of this training will be determined by Bambu.

It's important to note that if the franchisee closes their existing Bambu shoppe during the relocation process, they are still responsible for Royalty Fee payments during the closure period. However, Bambu will waive the Marketing and Technology Fee until the relocated shoppe is opened. This provides some financial relief during the transition, but franchisees should still budget for ongoing royalty obligations.
