The FRC Materials are designed to protect our reputation, and promote the brand and goodwill of the Marks; they are not designed to control the day-to-day operations of your Bambū shoppe. According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the FRC (Franchisee Resource Center) Materials are designed to protect Bambu's reputation and promote the brand and goodwill of its Marks. The FRC Materials are accessible online through www.bambufrc.com, and franchisees receive login credentials after signing the Franchise Agreement. These materials include the Owner Operations Manual, training materials, a blog and forum, notices, marketing materials, artwork, health compliance information, an ordering platform, and other resources for operating a Bambu shoppe. Bambu retains the discretion to modify the FRC Materials.
Bambu also communicates standards and specifications via SMS (small message service) through email, text messages, or other electronic methods. Any standards and specifications communicated this way are considered part of the FRC Materials, and franchisees are required to comply with them. This ensures franchisees stay updated with the latest requirements and guidelines from Bambu.
