Mr. Mathew has been our Director of Franchise Services, and now Vice President of Franchise Services, since June 2019. From November 2016 through December 2023, he owned and operated Dickey's Barbeque restaurants in Chicago, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Willy M. Mathew has held the position of Vice President of Franchise Services since June 2019. Before becoming the Vice President of Franchise Services, he served as the Director of Franchise Services, also starting in June 2019.
