What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must employ at least three Bambu Certified Team Leaders who have completed Bambu's training program and are responsible for supervising and managing the Bambu shop. One of these certified team leaders must always be available at the shop when demanded by Bambu.

At least one of the Bambu Certified Team Leaders is restricted from engaging in other business or activities. This restriction applies if the other business requires significant management responsibility, time commitment, or conflicts with their obligations to operate and manage the Bambu shop.

This requirement ensures that at least one certified team leader is fully dedicated to the Bambu franchise, preventing divided attention that could negatively impact the shop's performance. Franchisees should consider this restriction when hiring and assigning roles to their certified team leaders, ensuring compliance with Bambu's requirements.
