What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must employ at least three Bambu Certified Team Leaders who have completed Bambu's Training Program. These leaders are responsible for supervising and managing the Bambu shoppe.

One of the Bambu Certified Team Leaders must be available at all times to be at the Bambu shoppe if Bambu demands it. Additionally, at least one of the Certified Team Leaders cannot be involved in any other business or activity that would interfere with their responsibilities at the Bambu location.

If a Bambu Certified Team Leader is not present during all operating hours, a qualified Shift Leader must be assigned to the shoppe. Shift Leaders can be part-time employees. This ensures that there is always someone in charge at the shoppe, whether it's a Certified Team Leader or a designated Shift Leader.
