What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Relocation Fee is $15,000 and is due when Bambu approves the new location lease. This fee is only payable if a franchisee moves their current location during the term of the Franchise Agreement.
The Relocation Fee covers support for the new Bambu location, including two site visits and three days of additional training support, as determined by Bambu. If a franchisee closes their Bambu shop prior to the relocation, they will also have to pay the monthly Royalty Fee during the closure period.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand the conditions under which this fee is charged, as relocating a franchise can be a significant expense. Franchisees should factor in not only the relocation fee but also the potential loss of revenue during the closure period and the ongoing royalty fees.
