The last page of the Disclosure Document (following the exhibits and attachments) is a document acknowledging receipt of the Disclosure Document by you (one copy for you and one copy to be signed and returned to us).

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the receipt acknowledging the franchisee's receipt of the document is located on the last page, following all exhibits and attachments. Bambu requires that prospective franchisees sign and return a copy of this receipt.

Returning the signed receipt is an important step in the franchise process. Bambu specifies that the receipt can be returned via (1) digital signature initiated by Bambu, (2) mailing it to Bambu Franchising LLC at 6000 E. Evans Ave., Bldg. 2, Suite 210, Denver, Colorado 80222, or (3) emailing it to marc@bambufranchising.com.

This receipt serves as proof that Bambu provided the Disclosure Document within the legally mandated timeframe, which is generally 14 calendar days before signing any binding agreement or making any payment. However, the timing may vary by state. For example, New York requires the document at the earlier of the first personal meeting or 10 business days before signing, while Michigan requires at least 10 business days. Iowa requires it at the earlier of the first personal meeting or 14 calendar days before signing.
