What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bambu does not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the products franchisees purchase. Instead, the products are subject only to the manufacturer's warranties. This means that if a product is defective, the franchisee must rely on the warranty provided by the original manufacturer, not Bambu.

This arrangement places the responsibility on the franchisee to inspect all product deliveries upon arrival and to report any inconsistencies, damage, or shortages directly to the supplier. It is crucial for franchisees to diligently check deliveries to ensure they can make timely claims under the manufacturer's warranty, as Bambu will not be responsible for these issues.

This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where franchisors often pass through manufacturer warranties rather than offering their own. However, it's important for prospective franchisees to understand that they will need to manage warranty claims directly with suppliers and should factor this administrative burden into their operational planning. Franchisees should also carefully review the terms and conditions of manufacturer warranties to understand their rights and obligations.
