What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bambu does provide on-site observation and consultation. Bambu will determine if the shoppe is sufficiently completed to schedule training. This on-site support is part of the initial establishment assistance that Bambu provides to its franchisees.

Prior to the opening training, approximately two months before the estimated date, the franchisee (if an individual) and one designated Bambu Certified Team Leader must attend a two-day pre-opening owner operations orientation and training program at a Bambu shoppe designated by Bambu. The opening training will be conducted after Bambu completes its pre-construction site review, owners' orientation, and pre-opening assessment.

Bambu also conducts an on-site preassessment review of the shoppe as part of the on-site consultation to determine if the franchisee is prepared to commence operations. During this review, Bambu will provide a written list of anything that must be done or changed in the shoppe before or promptly after opening. Bambu may also conduct an additional walk-through of the shoppe before opening, if deemed necessary, and issue further lists of required actions and changes. The franchisee must obtain Bambu's written approval before opening the shoppe for business.
