Make available to you standards and specifications for food and beverage products, merchandise, and other items and materials offered for sale, in connection with your shoppe.

We will provide you with a list of approved suppliers, if any, of such equipment, items, materials, food and beverage products and merchandise, which list will vary depending on your Franchised Location.

We will also provide you, if available, a description of any regional or central purchase and supply agreements offered by such approved suppliers for the benefit of our franchisees. (Section 7.1.e of the Franchise Agreement.)
