What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bambu does not provide compensation or other benefits to any public figure for the use of their name or image in association with the franchise. The FDD states that there are no public figures involved in Bambu's management.
However, a franchisee is not prohibited from using the name of a public figure or celebrity in their promotional efforts or advertising. Any such use requires prior approval from Bambu.
This means that while Bambu itself does not engage in paid endorsements from public figures, a franchisee could potentially use a celebrity in their local advertising with Bambu's permission. This provides some flexibility for franchisees to leverage local celebrity endorsements, but it is subject to Bambu's approval.
