What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bambu will provide franchisees with assistance and advice regarding how to conduct their initial marketing campaign. This campaign is expected to start around the time the shoppe opens and continue through the formal grand opening. Bambu may also provide a grand opening program that is administered by a public relations company shortly after the franchisee's soft opening, at their sole discretion.

Bambu also makes marketing materials available to franchisees in the FRC (Franchise Resource Center) Materials. Franchisees are required to conduct an initial marketing/public relations program for their shoppe.

Bambu may create a regional or local advertising cooperative ("Co-op") in the market area where the franchisee is located, with 30 days written notice. If this occurs, the franchisee must become a member of the Co-op. The Co-op will administer advertising programs and develop advertising, marketing, and promotional materials for the area that the Co-op covers, subject to Bambu's approval.
