What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a proposed transferee must satisfactorily complete the Training Program. This requirement is a pre-condition for the transfer of a Bambu franchise. The training can be completed either before or immediately after the assignment of the Franchise Agreement.

In addition to completing the training program, the proposed transferee must also meet other conditions to be approved. Bambu will assess the proposed transferee's business experience, aptitude, and financial qualifications. The transferee must also execute a Franchise Agreement and any other required ancillary documents.

The transferor or transferee must also pay a transfer fee to Bambu, which covers training for up to three representatives of the transferee. Bambu retains the right to charge its then-current rate for training any additional representatives beyond the initial three. This ensures that the new franchise owner and their team are adequately trained to maintain Bambu's standards and operational procedures.
