What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the current POS system includes a proprietary customer loyalty rewards program. This is part of the IT and POS systems that a franchisee must purchase or license, with costs estimated between $2,500 and $2,500.

This means that Bambu franchisees will have access to a built-in loyalty program as part of their point-of-sale system. This can be a significant benefit, as loyalty programs are a common and effective way to retain customers and encourage repeat business in the competitive beverage industry. The cost of the IT and POS systems is paid to third-party suppliers.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specifics of the loyalty program, such as how customers earn and redeem rewards, and how the program integrates with other marketing efforts. Understanding the features and functionality of the loyalty program will help franchisees maximize its potential to drive sales and build customer loyalty for their Bambu location.
