What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the owner orientation is conducted approximately two months before the estimated date of the opening training. This preopening owner operations orientation and training program lasts two days. It is held at the Bambu shoppe located in Grand Prairie, Texas, or at an alternative location approved by Bambu.
In addition to the owner orientation, there will be a preassessment construction/remodeling review of your shoppe and an owner orientation, conducted after you sign your lease. Also, approximately two days will be owners training at a designated Bambu shoppe location conducted before your opening training is scheduled.
Prospective franchisees should note that attendance at the owner orientation is mandatory for the franchisee and one other designated Bambu Certified Team Leader. This ensures that key personnel are well-prepared for the opening and operation of the Bambu location. Franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with attending the orientation, including travel and lodging.
