No contractual limit exists on the time it takes us to approve or disapprove your proposed location. However, we typically take no more than 10 business days to approve or disapprove your proposed location, and we may extend the deadline for opening your shoppe when circumstances beyond your reasonable control delay the site selection and approval process. The actual time frame can vary depending on circumstances. Franchisees are required to locate and obtain Bambu's approval of a site within 90 days of signing the Franchise Agreement.
Bambu may extend the deadline for opening your shoppe when circumstances beyond your reasonable control delay the site selection and approval process. If Bambu disapproves of any proposed site, they will grant you an additional reasonable time to obtain approval for a different site. Failing to locate and obtain their approval within the applicable time period may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement.
