What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Training Program consists of approximately 88 hours over approximately 11 days. This includes onboarding, video conferencing, and onsite training. A significant portion of this time, seven days, is dedicated to onsite opening training and support.

Prior to the opening training, about two months before the estimated opening date, the franchisee and one designated Bambū Certified Team Leader must attend a two-day pre-opening owner operations orientation and training program at a Bambū shoppe designated by Bambu. This pre-opening training is in addition to the 11-day opening training program.

Bambu may require additional training for Bambū Certified Team Leaders if they are not operating the shoppe according to Bambu's standards, potentially delaying the shoppe's opening. The franchisee is responsible for all costs associated with delays caused by the team leaders' lack of preparedness. However, Bambu reserves the right to waive or alter the training program if it is not the franchisee's first Bambu shoppe or if the Bambū Certified Team Leaders have sufficient prior experience or training.
