What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, owners will participate in approximately two days of training at a designated Bambu location before the opening training is scheduled. This training is in addition to the opening training program, which consists of approximately 88 hours over 11 days, and a two-day preopening owner operations orientation and training program at the Bambu shoppe in Grand Prairie, Texas, or an alternative location.

This initial owners training at a Bambu shop location is designed to prepare the franchisee for the more extensive training to follow. This initial training, combined with the other training programs, ensures that the franchisee is well-prepared to manage and operate their Bambu shop effectively.

The franchisee is responsible for all traveling, lodging, and meal expenses, and wages incurred by them and their employees in connection with attendance at the Training Program. Training participants will not receive any compensation from Bambu while attending training. If Bambu determines that the shop is not prepared for training and soft opening during the preassessment, the remainder of the training will be rescheduled, and the franchisee will be charged for the additional costs incurred for travel cancellation and other additional expenses incurred by Bambu.
