In addition to the opening training, and approximately two months prior to the estimated date of the opening training, Franchisee, if an individual, and one other designated Bambū Certified Team Leader shall attend a two day pre-opening owner operations orientation and training program conducted at a Bambū shoppe designated by us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee, if an individual, and one other designated Bambu Certified Team Leader must attend a two-day pre-opening owner operations orientation and training program approximately two months before the estimated date of the opening training. This pre-opening program is conducted at a Bambu shoppe designated by Bambu.
This pre-opening orientation is in addition to the opening training program. The opening training program consists of approximately 88 hours over approximately 11 days, combining onboarding, video conferencing, and onsite training, including seven days of onsite opening training and support.
Franchisees should note that Bambu also has the right to require franchisees, Bambu Certified Team Leaders, and other designated employees to attend and satisfactorily complete further training and certification courses from time to time. Bambu will provide at least 30 days prior written notice for any mandatory training courses or programs.
