According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bambu may provide franchisees with social media use policies for posting to approved social media sites and applications, such as the franchisee's Yelp and Google pages. However, Bambu retains the right to change or discontinue these policies at its sole discretion.

Bambu also requires franchisees to set up all social media accounts that Bambu recommends, utilizing standardized third-party social media management technology. Franchisees must participate in designated electronic advertising programs in strict compliance with Bambu's policies and rules regarding the creation, maintenance, use, and content of such advertising, as outlined in the Franchise Resource Center (FRC) Materials or an electronic advertising code of conduct.

Furthermore, franchisees are prohibited from developing, creating, distributing, or using any internet advertising, websites, social media accounts, or electronic marketing materials related to the Bambu shoppe, Marks, or system without Bambu's prior written consent. Bambu retains exclusive rights to develop and control the content of all electronic advertising for Bambu shoppes, including databases of customer email addresses and other customer information.

Upon termination of the franchise agreement, franchisees must remove all sites and social media accounts referring to their former Bambu shoppe or any of the Marks from the internet. They must also cancel or assign to Bambu all rights to any domain names and social media accounts related to the former shoppe. These policies ensure that Bambu maintains control over its brand image and marketing efforts across all franchise locations.
