What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bambu will conduct inspections and reviews of the franchised location during regular business hours, and the franchisee has the option to be present during these inspections. However, Bambu retains the right to conduct inspections without prior notification to the franchisee.

This means that as a Bambu franchisee, you should expect announced inspections during the normal operating hours of your store. These inspections are intended to ensure compliance with Bambu's standards and specifications. While you have the right to be present, Bambu can also conduct unannounced inspections at any time.

The ability to conduct unannounced inspections is a fairly common practice in franchising, allowing the franchisor to get a realistic view of the store's operations. It is important for a Bambu franchisee to maintain consistent adherence to Bambu's standards to be prepared for both announced and unannounced inspections.
