Besides attending these courses, you agree to attend an annual meeting of all Bambū franchise owners at a location we designate. Attendance at any annual convention will not be required for more than three days during any calendar year. You will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with you and your employees attending any continued training and the annual convention, including all travel, meals and lodging costs and compensation for your employees. We will not charge a tuition or fee for participation in the additional training or convention unless you request or we require you or your employees to attend additional training specifically for you.

TERRITORY
You may operate your shoppe and use the Marks and the Bambū system only at the Franchised Location which has been approved by us.

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to attend an annual meeting of all Bambu franchise owners at a location designated by the franchisor. Attendance at the annual convention will not be required for more than three days during any calendar year.
Franchisees are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with their and their employees' attendance at any continued training and the annual convention. This includes all travel, meals, and lodging costs, as well as compensation for their employees. Bambu will not charge a tuition or fee for participation in the additional training or convention unless the franchisee requests or Bambu requires the franchisee or their employees to attend additional training specifically for them.
In addition to the annual meeting, Bambu may also require franchisees or their designated employees to attend and satisfactorily complete various other training courses, including online training, periodically. The franchisor will not require attendance at more than two of these courses, for more than a total of five days, during any calendar year.
