How must a Bambu franchisee prepare drinks sold at their shoppe?

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must prepare all drinks sold at their shoppe in accordance with Bambu's recipes and using only approved ingredients. This ensures consistency and quality across all franchise locations.

Bambu retains the right to modify or supplement the authorized products and services, including adding or removing menu items, or implementing new programs. Franchisees are obligated to comply with any mandatory ingredient or product recalls promptly upon receiving notice from Bambu. This allows Bambu to maintain brand standards and adapt to market changes.

To ensure quality control, Bambu will provide franchisees with standards and specifications for menu items, products, services, and the franchised location. Franchisees must operate their shoppe in compliance with the Franchise Agreement and the mandatory standards and specifications outlined in the OOM (Operations and Operations Manual) and other FRC (Franchise Resource Center) Materials, as modified by Bambu. Bambu also has the right to inspect the franchised location to ensure compliance with these standards.

Bambu also provides an opening training program that includes on-the-job training for drink preparation. Franchisees must ensure that at least three team leaders complete this training program. Franchisees must offer all product types and services as prescribed by Bambu and refrain from offering any unauthorized products or engaging in any business not authorized by Bambu.
