What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the receipt acknowledging that you received the disclosure document is located on the last page of the document, following all exhibits and attachments. Bambu requires you to sign and return a copy of this receipt to them.
The receipt confirms that you received the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and all included exhibits, such as the Franchise Agreement, Multi-Unit Development Agreement, and financial statements. By signing this receipt, you acknowledge that you have received these important documents. Bambu also provides instructions on how to return the signed and dated receipt, which can be done via digital signature, by mailing it to Bambu Franchising LLC at 6000 E. Evans Ave., Bldg. 2, Suite 210, Denver, Colorado 80222, or by emailing it to marc@bambufranchising.com.
It is important to note that signing the receipt does not obligate you to purchase a franchise. It simply confirms that you have received the FDD, which is a critical step in the franchise purchasing process. The FDD contains important information about the Bambu franchise, including fees, obligations, and financial performance. You should carefully review the FDD and all other documents before making any decisions about purchasing a franchise.
