What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bambu has the discretion to set maximum and minimum prices for products and programs sold at its franchise locations. Specifically, Bambu may periodically provide franchisees with pricing specifications to be followed at their shoppes, to the extent permitted by law.
As a franchisee, you are obligated to adhere to these pricing guidelines established by Bambu. However, if Bambu does not establish specific pricing limits for certain products or programs, they may, at their discretion, provide suggested prices for those items.
This policy gives Bambu control over pricing strategies within its franchise system, which can impact a franchisee's profitability and competitive positioning. While franchisees must comply with the set maximum and minimum prices, the option for Bambu to provide only suggested prices for some items offers some flexibility. Prospective franchisees should consider how these pricing controls might affect their business and discuss any concerns with Bambu before signing the Franchise Agreement.
