What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, delivery of products purchased from Bambu or its affiliates is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. This means that a franchisee may not always receive the products they order, which could impact their ability to meet customer demand and maintain consistent operations.
Bambu does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular product. Additionally, Bambu is not obligated to sell products to a franchisee who is behind on payments to Bambu, its affiliates, or a third-party supplier, or if the franchisee is in default of the Franchise Agreement.
These stipulations highlight potential risks for franchisees. If supplies are unavailable, the Bambu location may be unable to fulfill customer orders, leading to lost revenue and potential damage to the franchise's reputation. It is important for prospective franchisees to assess their financial stability and ability to maintain good standing with Bambu and its suppliers to minimize the risk of supply disruptions.
