These purchases must comply with Bambu's standards and specifications, as detailed in the Operations and Orientation Manual (OOM) and other FRC Materials, and must be sourced only from suppliers designated or approved by Bambu.
Bambu may require franchisees to purchase specific products, items, and merchandise from Bambu, its affiliates, or designated suppliers, some of which may be private labeled with Bambu's trademarks. This ensures uniformity and quality control across all franchise locations. While franchisees are obligated to maintain these standards, the delivery of products from Bambu or its affiliates is subject to availability. The agreement does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular product, nor does it obligate Bambu or its affiliates to sell products to a franchisee who is in arrears on payments or otherwise in default under the agreement.
