What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the availability of their Training Programs is not guaranteed. It is subject to certain limitations. Specifically, the availability of the Training Programs depends on space considerations, the availability of training staff, and any prior commitments Bambu has made to new franchisees.
This means that a new Bambu franchisee might experience delays in scheduling their initial training or training for replacement team leaders if the training facilities are full, if there aren't enough trainers available, or if other franchisees have already been promised those training slots. This could potentially delay the opening of a new Bambu location or hinder the ability to quickly replace key staff members.
Bambu does commit to making the Training Program available to additional or replacement Bambū Certified Team Leaders during the term of the Franchise Agreement at their then-published tuition rates as set forth in the Owner Operations Manual. This provides some assurance that ongoing training will be accessible, albeit subject to scheduling constraints and the payment of tuition fees. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical wait times for training and the factors that could affect scheduling to better understand the potential impact on their business operations.
