What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the availability of training for additional or replacement Bambu Certified Team Leaders is not guaranteed. While Bambu will make the Training Program available during the franchise term at their published tuition rates (payable in advance), this is subject to prior commitments to new franchisees and is scheduled based on available space.

This means that a franchisee may need to wait for an available slot to train new team leaders, which could impact operations if a trained leader leaves unexpectedly. The franchisee bears the risk that training might not be immediately accessible when needed. This is a fairly common practice in franchising, as franchisors must balance training resources across all franchisees.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical waiting period for additional training slots and the factors that influence scheduling. Understanding the potential delays and planning accordingly is crucial for maintaining smooth operations at the Bambu shoppe. It would also be prudent to ask about alternative training options or materials that could be used in the interim if formal training is delayed.
