We will assist you in developing a required kitchen workflow design.
We will provide you with specific equipment specifications for use in creating the layout for your shoppe and an interior design guide, typically after you have signed a LOI for your Franchised Location and before you sign the lease.
We will consult with you regarding your construction documents, which must be prepared by our designated architectural firm or another architect you select, and we approve.
We must approve those documents before you submit them for permitting and construction begins, and if any suggested changes to the plans deviate materially from the initial kitchen workflow design and equipment specifications we provide to you.
You are responsible for the cost of any architectural designs and mechanical drawings that you obtain, and for modifying any plans that we may provide to you, and for the cost of construction. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bambu will assist franchisees in developing a required kitchen workflow design. Bambu also provides specific equipment specifications for creating the layout of the shoppe and an interior design guide, typically after the franchisee has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for their Franchised Location and before they sign the lease.
Bambu will also consult with franchisees regarding their construction documents, which must be prepared by Bambu's designated architectural firm or another architect the franchisee selects and Bambu approves. These documents must be approved before submission for permitting, especially if changes deviate materially from the initial kitchen workflow design and equipment specifications provided by Bambu.
However, the franchisee is responsible for the cost of any architectural designs and mechanical drawings, modifying any plans provided by Bambu, and the cost of construction. This assistance is typically provided after the franchisee has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) for their Franchised Location and before signing the lease, provided the Franchise Agreement has been signed prior to the lease.
