What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use only accounting programs that have been approved by Bambu.
Bambu requires franchisees to establish, maintain, and use approved bookkeeping and accounting systems at their own expense. These systems must accurately reflect the business operations at the franchised location.
Bambu retains the right to request access to or copies of specific data from these systems. Additionally, franchisees must supply reports in the format and manner that Bambu requires, including daily, weekly, or monthly sales, labor, and inventory reports. This ensures that Bambu can monitor the financial performance and operational aspects of each Bambu location and the franchise system as a whole.
