Can Bambu access sales and other information about the performance of a Bambu shoppe?

Bambu reserves the right to independently access sales and other information about the performance of the Bambū shoppe through the POS System or through any other computer or online system of Franchisee, without restriction.
Franchisee shall submit to Bambu current financial statements and other reports as Bambu may request to evaluate or compile research and performance data on any operational aspect of its Bambū shoppe.
Bambu may also pull this data from other reports and information provided by Franchisee hereunder.
Franchisee authorizes Bambu to utilize this information to prepare a financial performance representation, to release this information as necessary to substantiate any financial performance representation made by Bambu, to share such information in summary form as Bambu deems necessary or desirable to share with other franchisees at any annual convention or other franchise business meetings, or in any other manner and with any other parties that Bambu deems appropriate without obtaining any further written consent of Franchisee.
All financial information transmitted by Franchisee to Bambu pursuant to this Agreement shall be owned by Bambu as part of the

According to Bambu's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bambu reserves the right to access sales and other performance-related information from a franchisee's Bambu shoppe. This access can be achieved through the Point of Sale (POS) system or any other computer or online system used by the franchisee, and this access is unrestricted.
Furthermore, franchisees are obligated to supply reports to Bambu, which may include daily, weekly, or monthly sales, labor, and inventory reports. Bambu also has the right to gather information about the shoppe's operations from third parties that the franchisee does business with, when Bambu deems it necessary. Franchisees must also submit current financial statements and other reports that Bambu requests to evaluate or compile research and performance data on any operational aspect of their Bambu shoppe. Bambu can also extract this data from other reports and information provided by the franchisee.
Bambu is authorized to use this information to prepare financial performance representations, release the information to support these representations, and share it with other franchisees or other parties as deemed appropriate by Bambu, without needing further consent from the franchisee. All financial information transmitted by the franchisee to Bambu becomes the property of Bambu, with no obligation to account to the franchisee for its use.
For a prospective franchisee, this means Bambu has extensive oversight capabilities regarding the financial and operational performance of their shoppe. Franchisees should be prepared to provide regular reports and allow Bambu access to their systems and accounts. The franchisee relinquishes ownership of the data to Bambu and allows Bambu to share the data with whomever they choose.
